  • As part of our pre-selection process, one of our personnel consultants conducted an intensive telephone conversation with each of the submitted candidates for professional and personal clarification.
  • We know the majority of our candidates personally from our database. We would be happy to give you a recommendation based on our personal experience with the candidate.
  • If we do not yet know an applicant personally, we will check their references for you in advance.
  • 4-eyes principle: Before we send you a profile, the responsible HR consultant presents it to a colleague for review. You can therefore count on the fact that each of the submitted profiles has been checked by at least two employees from ITech Consult; this has proven to be a very good quality factor in the past.
  • We do not leave you in the dark: We give you regular updates on the current status of the search for suitable candidates.

Your advantages

We offer you a service that is fundamentally based on three equally important pillars: response time, quality and reliability.

Reaction time

The response time refers to the period from the receipt of your requirement notification to the time when you receive a suitable profile. We deliberately refrain from giving you a specific time frame within which you will receive suitable profiles from us. As our customer, you and your project situation determine by when you need profiles from us – we orientate ourselves towards yours!

We always send you profiles within the agreed time frame, that goes without saying for us. You should plan your internal processes independently of our search and be able to rely on us.

If time is of the essence and you would like to receive profiles within one or two working days, we will of course adhere to them – and not just somehow, but in such a way that your ideas are also met! That is our understanding of reliability. Regardless of how much time you give us for your search – we stick to your specifications! In addition, we would be happy to provide you with regular information on the current status of our recruiting efforts.

Quality

We define the quality of our profiles by the percentage of those presented candidates who are invited to an interview based on their CV. It is very important to us to only send you profiles that actually meet your requirements. Because in the end our customers should be able to benefit from the quality of the profiles we deliver.

Reliability

For us, reliability (or delivery guarantee) always and in any case means that the candidates we introduce to you meet at least your must-have criteria. In the case of a very short response time of, for example, one working day, we cannot rule out that there might not be another candidate available on the market who would also fulfill most of your “nice-to-have skills”. In addition, if the response time is very short, it is possible, for example, that we have not found a way to check the applicant’s references within the given period of time. However, we will of course do this for you as soon as possible. However, every applicant whose profile we send you meets at least the “core criteria” of your job profile.

In the case of a contract

  • You save your budget and avoid lengthy processes. You benefit from an optimal price/performance ratio, because as a small, flexible team we can keep administration and infrastructure expenditure to a minimum. You will be assigned a personal HR advisor who will take care of your inquiries competently, quickly and reliably.
  • You can count on us for the entire duration of your external employee. We look after the IT professional whom we refer you for during the entire duration of your assignment. We take over the personnel administration and are always there for you if you have any questions or problems.
