This is what our recruiting process offers you

  • As part of our pre-selection, one of our personnel consultants conducted an intensive telephone conversation with each of the submitted candidates for professional and personal clarification.
  • We know the majority of our candidates personally from our database. We would be happy to give you a recommendation based on our personal experience with the candidate.
  • If we do not yet know an applicant personally, we will check their references for you in advance.
  • 4-eyes principle: Before we send you a profile, the HR consultant responsible presents it to a colleague for review. You can therefore count on the fact that each of the submitted profiles has been checked by at least two employees from ITech Consult; this has proven to be a very good quality factor in the past.

We don’t leave you in the dark: We give you regular updates on the current status of the search for suitable candidates.

Your advantages

We offer you a service that is fundamentally based on three equally important pillars: response time, quality and reliability.

We are convinced that these three pillars together form the basis for successful cooperation with our customers.

Reaction time

The response time refers to the period from the receipt of your requirement notification to the point in time when you receive a suitable profile. We deliberately refrain from giving you a specific time frame within which you will receive suitable profiles from us. As our customer, you and your project situation determine by when you need profiles from us – we orientate ourselves towards yours!

We always send you profiles within the agreed time frame, that goes without saying for us. You should be able to plan your internal processes independently of our search and be able to rely on us.

If time is of the essence and you would like to receive profiles within one or two working days, we will of course adhere to them – and not just somehow, but in such a way that your ideas are also met! That is our understanding of reliability. Regardless of how much time you give us for your search – we stick to your specifications! In addition, we would be happy to provide you with regular information on the current status of our recruiting efforts.

Quality

We define the quality of our profiles by the percentage of those presented candidates who are invited to an interview based on their CV. We attach great importance to only providing you with profiles that actually meet your requirements. Because in the end our customers should be able to benefit from the quality of the profiles we deliver.

In the case of a contract

  • “Lean” and uncomplicated communication: If you wish, you can choose a team manager or coordinator. In this way, you can contact this team manager with organizational or technical issues, and he or she will work on or discuss the issue with the team in an efficient manner.
  • Minimal administrative effort: the entire project team will be placed with you for one price. We will send you an invoice for all employees deployed so that you can keep your administrative work as low as possible.
  • We provide you with a homogeneous group: the candidates will all be advised and informed by ITech and administrative matters such as wage payments, expense accounting etc. all run through us. This means that each of the applicants has the same background and you do not have to expend energy to deal with each supplier individually. Of course, a team building and orientation day can take place for all team members before the start of the project, at which our customer’s project managers are warmly welcome.
  • You can count on us for the entire duration of your external employee.
