Javascript Frontend Developer – Angular/Vue/R Shiny/cognito html5/API

Project / Role:
For our partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Javascript Frontend Developer (f/m/d)

Background:

The mission of the RMD Calculations Team is to help the customer getting from raw data to the right results. This requires close collaboration with the domain specialists of the projects. Furthermore, we are establishing a sustainable and generic calculation framework that is to be used within Roche.
The Calculations Team provides:
* Participation in technical requirement definition
* Specification and development of project-specific Calculation Solutions
* Integration calculation framework within the projects and devices
* Maintenance and support
* Support for verification and validation by providing the required documentation for all the projects
* Responsible for the timelines/scope (agreed with the consumer projects).

Tasks

Design/engineering user-interface / dashboards for ML/DS projects
* Implementation of dashboards
* Participate in architecture and design discussions to come up with the most effective technical solution
* help design the backend interface

Must Haves
* Min. 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in JavaScript with a modern MVC framework (e.g. Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
* Ability to understand and design user-friendly interfaces of software (UX engineering)
* Knowledge of R Shiny, Dash, Plotly or Tableau
* Min. 2 years of experience and understanding of d3
* Have successfully built, deployed, and supported an enterprise-scale web application in the cloud (AWS preferred)(***)
* Serving/interfacing with AWS, preferably knowledge of amplify, cognito html5/css3/sass styling
* Familiarity with common API standards like REST or GraphQL
* Experience using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies

Home Office: part-time, 60% on-site necessary and the candidate needs to live in Switzerland
