Junior Project Coordinator (f/m/d) – SHE / agile / trello / scrum / english

Project:
For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Junior Project Coordinator.

Background:
For approximately one year, Group SHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) has been running projects on digitalization (digital SHE) and data management (Insights). As part of digital SHE, we are rolling out a uniform IT system globally at all Roche sites and need project management support for this. The team currently includes a SCRUM Master, a Product Owner for the entire project, and Product Owners for the individual modules of the system. In addition, communities of practices are running in parallel for the individual modules. In total, about 30 people are currently working on the project. To support our SCRUM Master, we need a Junior Project Manager for about 6 months.

Group SHE is responsible for defining, implementing and ensuring SHE standards for Roche. Our team consists of about 60 employees, mainly located in Basel, San Francisco, Little Falls (NJ) and Shanghai.

The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate has completed a professional training and has more than 2 years experience in working as a project coordinator. The person speaks English fluently and has previously gained experiences in project management using agile working methods in a global environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Support project managers on projects related to digitalization and data management and Organizational Change Management.
– Communication within the project team, coordination and planning of meetings and workshops, sprints.
– Preparation, design and follow-up of workshops
– Creating presentations for employee information

Must Haves:

– Completed professional training
– Min. 2 years work experience
– Fluent business English, German is an advantage
– Experience in project management & agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe) in a global company
– very good knowledge of Google applications, experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Smartsheet)
– good communication skills, open to change, flexible
