Electronics Engineer: PCB \/ PCB schematics design \/ EMC \/ hardware integration \/ Firmware Design \/ German\/ English<\/strong><\/p>\n

Background:<\/strong>
As a core member of our cross-functional R&D team, you will contribute to the concept development, detailed design, and feasibility studies of our laboratory instrumentation, focusing on PCB design and hardware integration. Working within our structured development process, you will translate technical requirements into robust electronic designs while carefully considering costs, reliability, applicable standards, and serviceability. You will design functional electronic architectures and ensure all system interfaces are properly defined and integrated. You will work closely with different disciplines (firmware, software, test and mechanical engineering) to execute instrument integration tests.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will be responsible for safety and EMC standard implementation, planning and executing necessary product approvals with certifying bodies. You will author, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure full compliance with internal processes and medical device regulations. Collaborating across boundaries, you will participate in technical reviews with stakeholders from R&D, Operations, and Customer Support, while also managing technical communication with external suppliers.<\/p>\n

Must Haves:<\/strong>
\u25cf A degree in a related field, Fachhochschule is a minimum requirement
\u25cf Min. 3 years’ experience in hands-on PCB schematic design
\u25cf Good social skills to work in a small, interdisciplinary team
\u25cf PCB schematic design tools skills
\u25cf Fluent in English and German<\/p>\n

Nice to Haves:<\/strong>
\u25cf 5-10 years of experience in PCB schematics design and hardware bring-up
\u25cf Experience in firmware design
\u25cf IT\/ Tool-Kenntnisse: Siemens Xpedition
\u25cf Experience in motor control applications and instrument workflows<\/p>\n
