Using our blood gas analysis technology, healthcare professionals are able to make decisions for patients in critical situations &#8211; in the emergency room, in the intensive care unit and in the operating room.<\/p>\n<p>We are R&amp;D Near Patient Care System Development &amp; Integration &#8211; the architects of ready to use IVD systems for near-patient testing. Using our blood gas analysis technology, healthcare professionals are able to make decisions for patients in critical situations &#8211; in the emergency room, in the intensive care unit and in the operating room.<\/p>\n<p>Help create the future of blood gas analysis! You will be part of our workflow development and system integration team and contribute to the design and improvement of the new instrument prototypes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Perfect Candidate holds an MSc in an engineering field such as mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or fluidics. They should possess at least three years of industry or research experience, or relevant background in workflow development for blood gas analyzers. Key technical requirements include proficiency in Python for complex data analysis, a strong grasp of system interactions, and systems engineering experience. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate strong networking skills, self-reliance, the ability to generate structured technical documentation, and a persistent approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis, all supported by fluent English communication skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and optimize fluid control workflows of our new analyzer.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate technical issues around the control of blood and calibration fluids and propose design improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Create data analysis tools for analyzing how well the new system performs.<\/li>\n<li>Design experiments to assess specific system performance aspects.<\/li>\n<li>Get the prototype analyzers working in our blood labs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must Haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A MSc degree in the field of Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics,Mechanics, Fluidics, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience in the industry or in research, or proven experience on workflow development of blood gas analyzers<\/li>\n<li>Good at grasping complex system interactions<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in Python programming and analysis of complex data (required).
