{"id":6165,"date":"2026-09-22T16:36:01","date_gmt":"2026-09-22T14:36:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.itcag.com\/chen\/jobs\/sap-successfactors-consultant-mfd-performance-goals-8410\/"},"modified":"2026-09-22T16:36:01","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T14:36:01","slug":"sap-successfactors-consultant-mfd-performance-goals-6165","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/www.itcag.com\/chen\/jobs\/sap-successfactors-consultant-mfd-performance-goals-6165\/","title":{"rendered":"SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m,f,d) &#8211;  Performance &amp; Goals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>                                  SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m,f,d) &#8211;  Performance &amp; Goals &#8211;  100%<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Project:<\/strong> For an ongoing SAP SuccessFactors Programme, we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support daily operations and the rollout of key HR modules.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes Performance Management and Goals, Succession Management and a planned implementation from February 2027.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in line with agreed SLAs<\/li>\n<li>Support the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession Management<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of the Compensation module planned from February 2027<\/li>\n<li>Advise HR departments and other stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors solutions<\/li>\n<li>Analyse business and technical requirements and support their implementation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems<\/li>\n<li>Provide second- and third-level application support<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and resolve incidents and system issues<\/li>\n<li>Monitor HR data flows and replication interfaces to other SAP systems<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the software provider and external implementation partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least five years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors<\/li>\n<li>Practical application support experience with SAP SuccessFactors<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with Employee Central<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Performance Management and Goals<\/li>\n<li>Experience with the Compensation module<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, interfaces and end-to-end integration<\/li>\n<li>Experience with requirements management and test management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions<\/li>\n<li>Degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent professional qualification<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with SuccessFactors Succession Management<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting further SuccessFactors module implementations<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on cloud implementation projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Languages: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>German advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Spanish advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ref.
