The project focuses on the further development and maintenance of existing ServiceNow applications supporting Operational Risk Management (OpRisk).<\/p>\n<p>You will work in an agile, international team alongside developers and business stakeholders to enhance existing applications, implement new functionalities, and ensure reliable system operations.<br \/>This is a remote project for candidates based in Europe. Candidates must have strong written and spoken English skills at C1 level or higher.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.<\/li>\n<li>Implement new functionalities and maintain existing application components.<\/li>\n<li>Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application stability and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders in an agile environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid professional experience in hands-on ServiceNow development.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in developing and enhancing ServiceNow applications.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse technical problems and contribute to reliable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Technical, analytical, or scientific university degree, or equivalent relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>English proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Must be based in Europe and able to work remotely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><strong><br \/> <\/strong>Experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow modules or domains:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrated Risk Management (IRM)<\/li>\n<li>Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)<\/li>\n<li>Business Continuity Management (BCM)<\/li>\n<li>Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of operational risk management or the banking industry is an advantage but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rate Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please include your <\/strong>daily rate in EUR<strong> with your application.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One working day equals 8.4 hours.<strong><br \/> Important Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer.
