Scrum Master

Scrum Master – (m,f,d) 100% – Zürich

Project: We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master. Working alongside the Data Engineers and the Development Teams, you will enable the delivery of complex solutions and products, whilst facilitating and organizing the Scrum.

Tasks:

• Work as part of an integral Team that implements and operates data products in Microsoft Azure
• Contribute to the migration and Transformation of solutions
• Support Data Engineers/ .NET Core DevOps team during the migration of a large Realtime SQL Server Platform from on-prem to the Azure Cloud
• Reviews and develop the scrum artifacts
• Collaboration and consultation with software developers and experienced system engineers
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers inside architecture teams, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their core and functional IT departments.

Requirements:

• Extensive Project Management Experience engaging in large-scale transformation projects
• Experience managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ambitious and open minded personality
• Pragmatic and solution oriented approach
• Safe certified in Scrum Master, Leading SAFe or comparable components/experience
