Site Reliability Engineer Senior 80-100% – GitHub/AWS/Docker/Kubernetes

Project / Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced external Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their team in autumn 2025. The goal is to offer a permanent internal position after a successful onboarding and evaluation period of at least four months. (Reference Number: 924449RF)

Main Tasks:
* Develop and maintain stable, reliable systems in a 24/7 operational environment
* Act as a Cloud Champion, taking a leading role in cloud-related initiatives within the team
* Ensure the stability and reliability of cloud-based architectures
* Contribute to shaping an agile team culture and foster continuous improvement

Required Skills:
* Experience with modern development tools such as GitHub CI/CD, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube
* Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management
* Hands-on experience in cloud development (preferably AWS), microservices architecture, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
* Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
* Good command of English (spoken and written)

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with .NET and Angular
* Familiarity with ArgoCD and GitOps practices
* Knowledge of Kafka
* German or Italian
