For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Administrative Partner

Background:

This position is located in Therapeutic Modalities (TMo) – the global function in pRED responsible for designing and developing novel molecules for the pRED discovery and early development portfolio.

The perfect candidate: is a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant who is passionate about supporting teams and comfortable in interacting with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. For a period of 6 months they will work closely with the department of Preclinical CMC (pCMC) in pRED Therapeutic Modalities (TMo). In addition they will support senior leaders of the TMo organisation on an as needed basis.

They enjoy working in a team of shared responsibility and work interest, with multiple priorities, helping others, spotting challenges in advance and working collaboratively to resolve them. Collaboration, flexibility and a can-do attitude are key to being successful in this role.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, seminars and events
* Helping employees with business trips and expenses claims
* Managing and monitoring purchases and expenses
* Coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
* Preparation of technical content / documents using common IT tools
* Acting as deputy (including executive support) within the TMo admin team

Must Haves:

Commercial apprenticeship or similar education
* Min. 5-8 years professional experience in administrative tasks including executive support
* Resourceful and flexible in problem solving, including dealing with urgent requests
* Strong communication skills
* Collaborative & inclusive approach to work
* Good knowledge of the Google suite
* Collaborative and inclusive manner and have strong oral and written communication skills
* Fluent in English, oral and written
