Analytics Specialist/Campaign Analyst,

Project: Drive success as a Campaign Analyst in Digital Channels, ensuring seamless delivery of reports, performing cross-functional data analysis, and optimizing campaigns for the Brand & Communications team. Collaborate with experts in advertising and social media to meet stakeholder needs and define KPIs. Your expertise in marketing data and reporting, combined with a structured approach, will play a pivotal role in elevating our clients digital marketing initiatives.

Areas of responsibility:

• Ensure the timely, consistent, and reliable delivery of reports to management and functional department heads.
• Perform comprehensive and cross-functional data analysis to generate business insights.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis as required.
• Create outcome-driven performance reports with a focus on storytelling.
• Provide stakeholders with regular campaign updates throughout the duration of a campaign.
• Provide proactive campaign optimizations based on delivery and performance.
• Work in collaboration with subject matter experts (responsible for advertising, website, social organic, and sponsoring) to understand stakeholder needs, define KPIs, and determine reporting requirements.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business informatics, statistics, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data and reporting role within marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital and data-driven marketing.
• Structured and interdisciplinary way of thinking and working.
• Strong analysis and reporting skills, including experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Languages:

• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
• Fluent German skills (spoken and written)
