For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified ASPIRE Assets Master Data Expert (m/f/d) .

Background:
The main purpose of this position is the preparation of asset, calibration and maintenance master data for a new SAP system and to support the ASPIRE program with her or his expertise. The role will support a wide range of activities and deliverables, for example data review, assess and progressing Change Impacts, preparing and participating in user acceptance test (UAT). In addition to SMEs assigned to deployment workstreams, some SME may be part time and contribute in an ad hoc manner to deliverables. (Asset: Includes maintenance of our equipment including spare parts management and lifecycle management. Role as BPM Maintain Plant; Plan/execute, Maintenance, Reliability, Calibration, MRO/Spare Parts, MD/Assets Infrastructure)

The perfect candidate: We are looking for a candidate who can work with big data set ups and is detailed enough to migrate them without mistake. In addition this person needs to be proactive and needs to have the ability to see mistakes or things to improve and proactive drive the improvement processes. The candidate should work on their own initiative but also should be a team player. The person also should have the ability to help other teams in other departments if needed (agile mindset)

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Preparation of the calibration master data for the transfer to SAP S/4HANA
* Extraction of data from different sources
* Enriching the missing data in collaboration with different stakeholders
* Participate in Local Fit Gap, ensuring implications of template adoption are understood and participate in identifying change impacts
* Participate in relevant solution tests (SAT / UAT for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute Day in a life simulation

Must Haves:
* Finished apprenticeship, diploma or bachelor degree in a technical environment or administrative environment with technical understanding
* Min. 1-3 years of experience in calibration- or asset-life-cycle- processes (e.g. calibration master data, maintenance data) within the pharmaceutical industry
* Hands- on experience in data migration and data management with usage of different tools (e.g. SAP)
* Demonstrated focus on delivery and execution (e.g. ability to eliminate errors and understand the source of it)
* Experience working in an agile environment or matrix organization with a very proactive approach
* Experienced use of spreadsheet applications (e.g. g-Suite, excel or similar)
* Fluent in German is a MUST and English min. B2 Level needed
* Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, ability to think in a networked manner
* Independent, structured, efficient and accurate way of working
* Persistent and detail oriented
* Resilient
* Self-organised

Nice to Haves:
* Experience with SAP is an advantage
* Strong hands-on experience with respective processes in asset management and calibration to support as-is analysis and fit-gap analysis
