For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified Business Analyst (Data Historian) (m/w/d)

Backgound:

We are looking for a Business Analyst located at Kaiseraugst to work for PT Informatics, the Informatics supporting Roche Pharma Global Technical Operations. The Business Analyst will support the OSIsoft PI Historian projects.

We are looking for a Professional Business Analyst, with experience as Data Historian in manufacturing with a background in the pharmaceutical industry. English and German fluent is necessary.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Performs typical Business Analysis activities and creates deliverables as per Roche standards within a squad / project like URS / User Stories, Functional Specifications / Acceptance Criteria as well as contributing to other project documents such as Business Cases and Project Charters
* External suppliers management incl. finance management
* Main contact and escalation point for the sites to the project
* Work closely with Site Implementation Leads to understand the needs of each of the sites in scope
* Accountable to highlight site specific risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (specifically such with local processes / systems) to the Rollout Squad Lead
* Analyze and (together with OCM expert) address required business process changes; keep track that these changes indeed get implemented
* Facilitate (virtual) workshops with teams on site to identify and address the process changes
* Support sites in adapting to a standardized manufacturing process and nomenclature
* Help to identify workarounds / where possible processes changes to mitigate gaps in the application
* Support Site Implementation Lead or present themselves to senior leaders and line managers to get them to buy into our goals and support us in introducing the change to their teams
* Work closely with Rollout Squad Lead for the rollout planning and ensuring that administrative tasks related to the go-live get carried out (e.g. collection of user lists, coordination of training slots etc.)
* Responsible for the demand management within the squad
* Stakeholder management for the squads and projects

Must haves:
* Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent
* Min. 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a GxP compliant area, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
* Good experience as Data Historian and with business analysis including business process modelling
* Previous OSIsoft PI Historian (or similar) Automation Engineering experience
* Strong background in manufacturing of drug substances and ideally also drug products
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
* Experience working in a global, virtual team with people across all management levels
* Excellent communication skills
* Facilitation of (virtual) workshops

Nice to Haves:
* Organizational Change-Management experience is a plus
* Previous Roche experience
* Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects
* Roche-internal project methodology
