For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a highly qualified Business Analyst

Background:
The „KAU IT OT Operational Maturity Program“ within Roche Kaiseraugst IT OT reviews current processes of manufacturing IT OT and intends to create the next level operations. The initiatives and projects within this program are clustered into release, service and UX improvements. For the overall program support as BA we’re looking for a self-driven, motivated and experienced personality.

The perfect candidate:
We are looking for a strong Business Analyst who can adapt to different situations and is very proactive, keen and a good team player. This person needs to be able to work in a dynamic and agile driven environment and needs to have the necessary experience in Service Management Processes. Language skills and Soft skills are the key in this position.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
The BA supports the program with all relevant BA and Agile-Working activities in a GxP environment that includes but are not limited to:

• Requirements elicitation, analysis and management in the context of Manufacturing business process
• Manufacturing business process analysis and Design to be translated into software requirements
• Workshop and meeting organization, preparation and execution
• Backlog creation and management using appropriate tools (like SNOW, Jira, Miro and G Suite)
• Creation and management of User stories to ensure incremental value delivery
• Act as scrum master or squad lead to deliver agreed and prioritized product increments within an agile environment

Must Haves:

Min. 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated industry
* Experience in business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis and Design, usability and the ability to facilitate workshops
* Experience and background in Software Integration projects with the ability to collect the business requirements and translate it to user stories
* Experience in Service Management and Service Management Processes
* Agile mindset and experience working in an agile environment
* Experience in Process Visualization and Tableau
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Teamplayer
* Proactive mindset and solution oriented approach
* Control and organizational skills, ability to influence others and work in a Squad
* Flexibility, work on different projects at the same time
* Fluency in English and German is a MUST
