For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Business Analyst for Commercial and Logistics Systems.

Background:
We are seeking a dynamic, driven and committed individual to join the ASPIRE (SAP S/4HANA) program in the Commercial, Logistics and Distribution stream as a Business Analyst Expert. Working together with the product owner of the Affiliate Distribution Agile team, you will be responsible for managing new requirements coming from the Affiliates, aligning and harmonizing from the existing global template, and supporting the realization of them.

The perfect candidate: We are looking for a young professional Business Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain and Logistics who is able to collect and transfer requirements. In addition, this candidate should be very strong in the named tools as they are of key for the must have criteria.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Working together with the Product Owner of the Affiliate Distribution Agile team to bring new capabilities to the Aspire Global template according to the business requirements
* Support the ASPIRE Roadmap deployment, evaluating the possible needs and new capabilities coming from there, challenge them and coordinating knowledge transfer sessions with the deployment teams
* Defining business requirements and translates business needs into user requirements * Evaluating and compare potential solutions, deliver position papers
* Providing expertise and guidance for defining deliver related relevant master data
* Ensuring that the final business process and systems design / architecture meet the overall functional requirements
* Collecting feedback from the voice of customers, evaluates feasible problems based on the
current systems & process landscape, compiles improvement opportunities
* Working closely together with IT for solution definition
* Ensuring appropriate user acceptance testing and ensuring the testing activities
* Participates in the full lifecycle of technology implementation
* Builds and retains strong know-how on industry trends & standard methodology in Deliver (process, systems, etc)
* Identify & document issues, conduct impact analysis and make recommendations for resolution and drives resolution
* Support product owner in communications to different stakeholders
* Works closely with the customer in order to ensure successful project delivery, handover and proper project closure

Must Haves:
* . Min. Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain Logistics discipline or equivalent
* Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar in a IT project environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Min. 2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics environment, working in a regulated and matrix organization
* External Logistic Services Provider integration experience
* Hands- on experience in ECC, S/4 HANA, EWM experience, LE-IDW
* Sound experience in a SAFe or agile environment working with those methodologies .
* Fluency in English spoken and written .
* Open minded to standardization, centralization and speed .
* Can do (differently) attitude and get it done .
* Communication, able to effectively communicate details as well as the big picture to stakeholders .
* Continuous improvement mindset .
* Ability to work under pressure .
* Change management experience appreciate
