Role/Project:

For a leading customer within the financial services sector, we are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our clients current project organization structure. Our client is undergoing a core system replacement transformation program. Distribution area will be providing business requirements and technical integration landscape for „Remuneration“ function.

Tasks and Deliverables:

The Business Analyst is required to define functional and non-functional business requirements. Functional Requirements:

• Detailing technical solution for business scenarios (e.g., cancellations, renewals) impacted by coexistence of legacy and Sapiens systems in post MVP phase
• Defining the data models and interfaces for data migration

Non Functional Requirements:

• Adapting program wide data migration and system decommissioning strategy for Romo distribution remuneration

Key Deliverable:

• Functional Requirements: Co-existence data and interface model (till Mid-November 2022)
• Non Functional Requirements: Adapted data migration strategy – for Distribution Remuneration (till Mid-November 2022)

Requirements:

• Data migration and legacy decommissioning for systems implementation projects: 5 years
• Insurance background with distribution focus: 3-5 years
• Around 5 years‘ experience in data migration and system decommissioning in core system transformation in Insurance industry; ideally in Distribution area
• Relevant experience in interfaces architecture designing and data modeling in coexistence scenarios (legacy and new core systems)
• Ideally, knowledge and experience with SCRUM methodology
• Good communication, structured thinking, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work together with people with diverse backgrounds and approaches
• High level of integrity
• Fluent English and German skills
