Business Analyst Model & Business Requirements (100%) in Zurich/remote
Role/Project:

For a leading customer within the financial services sector, we are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our clients current project organization structure. Our client is undergoing a core system replacement transformation program. Distribution area will be providing business requirements and technical integration landscape for „Remuneration“ function.

Tasks and Deliverables:

The Business Analyst is required to define functional and non-functional business requirements: Functional Requirements:

  • Defining the structure of requirement gathering for Distribution e.g. from high level requirements to functional requirements/ user stories
  • Documenting the functional requirements/ user stories for the distribution remuneration system implementation (both for standard and customized functionalities)
  • Conducting workshops to receive signoff from the distribution stakeholders e.g. Agents and Brokers head

Non-Functional Requirements:

  • Aligning with the global implementation team on knowledge sharing, dependencies, formats, and status-updates
  • Defining the high level business roles and responsibilities in the post MVP phase

Key Deliverables:

Functional: Signed-off Business requirements Document – for Distribution Remuneration (till Mid November 2022)

Non-Functional: High level overview of business roles and responsibilities in post MVP phase (till Mid-November 2022)

Requirements:

  • Insurance background with distribution focus: 3-5 years
  • Requirements definition for core systems implementation projects: 5 years
  • Ideally, around 5 years‘ experience in Core System Transformation in Insurance industry
  • Sound knowledge & experience in Distribution area in Insurance
  • Ideally, knowledge and experience with SCRUM methodology
  • Good communication, structured thinking, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work together with people with diverse backgrounds and approaches
  • High level of integrity
  • Fluent English and German skills
