Business Analyst Technical Solution & Integrations (60%) in Zurich/remote
Role/Project:

For a leading customer within the financial services sector, we are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our clients current project organization structure. Our client is undergoing a core system replacement transformation program. Distribution area will be providing business requirements and technical integration landscape for „Remuneration“ function.

Tasks and deliverables:
The Business Analyst is required to define functional and non-functional business requirements. Functional Requirements:

  • Developing the future technical solution design for distribution remuneration system
  • Documenting the integrations, configurations, and interfaces for distribution remuneration technical solution system design
  • Detailing the impact of phase 1 scope implementation on technical solution considering the scenarios of co-existence & phased decommissioning of some legacy systems
  • Conducting workshops to receive signoff from the technical stakeholders

Non Functional Requirements:

  • Defining the technical parameters to be considered in system implementation e.g. security, compliance, response, stability, and performance
  • Aligning with the global implementation team on knowledge sharing, dependencies, formats, and status-updates

Key Deliverable:
Functional Requirements: Signed-off Technical Solution Design & Interface Document – for Distribution Remuneration (till Mid-November 2022)

Non Functional Requirements: Technical Parameters Definition Document – for Distribution Remuneration (till Mid-November 2022)

Requirements:

  • Technical Solution & integration design experience for systems implementation projects: 5 years
  • Insurance background with distribution focus: 3-5 years
  • Ideally, around 5 years‘ experience in technical area in core system transformation in Insurance industry; ideally in Distribution are
  • Relevant experience in technical solutioning and integrations designing
  • Ideally, knowledge and experience with SCRUM methodology
  • Good communication, structured thinking, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work together with people with diverse backgrounds and approaches
  • High level of integrity
  • Fluent English and German skills
