Business Engineer – Customer Identity & Access Management, Zürich 80% (m/w/d)

Project:

For our client from the banking sector we are looking for a Business Engineer in Zurich.

As an experienced Business Engineer you will work in a BizDevOps team, where you will take the lead for one or more projects.

Main tasks:

• Creation & Analysis of requirements and creation of detailed specifications.
• Breakdown of the specifications into stories and support the implementations
• Participation in acceptance tests and implementations
• Analysis of the interrelationships between processes, structures, data and user interfaces as well as data migrations
• Act as a key contact within the team ensuring you are available for, carry out testing’s and support the rollout during the handover of operations and training.

Requirements:

• Degree (Uni/FH) in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable education.
• Ideally wou will have experience in the area of customer Identity & Access Management (login and access
• Proven experience in Agile IT project environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with iterative product development
• Strong conceptual skills as well as having a goal- and solution-oriented approach
• Strong methodological skills in the areas of requirements identification, modelling and specification (e.g. using UML, BPMN and visual mock-ups)
• Experience in the area of user-centered design
• Previous experience with the execution of user tests as well as in prototyping at different levels of abstraction
• You demonstrate a flexible, motivating and collaborative personality

Languages:

• German: fluent (spoken and written)
• English: desirable (spoken and written)
