For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Business Process Manager (m/f/d)

Background :
This position involves two departments: Planning Community & Supply Chain Coordination. The contractor is active in many different projects to analyze processes. This position also involves planning with suppliers and evaluating data.

The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate has a degree in business informatics and 3 years of experience in supply chain. The person has SAP, fluent German and good English skills. In addition, the candidate is a team player and integrates quickly and smoothly into different teams.

Tasks:
Business Process Management: (40-50%)
* Identifying, designing and improving business processes in the field of MM
* Continuous improvement of planning and operational purchasing processes, as well as other customers along the supply chain (quality, manufacturing)
* Support for the site project for sustainable Reduction of destruction (Write-Off Squad)
* Support in the creation of a process for the medium to long-term monitoring of stock levels

Supply Chain Coordination: (10-20%)
* Support in the implementation of pilot projects including Vendor Managed Inventory & partial batch delivery, delivery time reduction
* Exchange with suppliers: Identification of ad-hoc problems and long-term improvement of cooperation with suppliers

Analytical: (40%)
* Development, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs in the area of ​​material planning & SCC
* Creation of analyzes in operational purchasing to improve the ordering and warehousing strategy for packaging components: ordering behaviour, costs/benefits, lot sizes, warehouse movements, inventory development, Destruction, segmentation, delivery leveling, safety stocks, etc.
* Use of the SAP Dispomonitor add-on (MRP Monitor) for the analysis and maintenance of master data for the purpose of segmenting the packaging material portfolio

Must haves:
* Training in supply chain or similar, preferably business informatics with supply chain experience
* Min. 3 years of experience in supply chain
* SAP knowledge & IT affinity
* Fluent knowledge of German, English – an advantage
* Ability to work in a team
