For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Basel we are searching for a highly qualified Change Manager (f/m/d).

consequent tracking to realize benefits timely.

With this position, we want to inject the necessary hands-on efforts to manage the timely

introduction of new Rapid Microbiological Methods / new QC Technologies according to our

Strategy for Accelerated Implementation of New Technologies.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
As part of SAINT Squad team leading the implementation of new Rapid Microbiological Methods

new QC Technologies, you will:

Manage the project plans for data compilation, change implementation and global submissions to

Health Authorities.

Report progress against the change plan and recognize risks and/or opportunities to initiate

action to realize the timely

Implementation of new QC methods.

Based on insights and experience made in this role support the design, development and

deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting solutions using data visualization tools such as

Tableau in close collaboration with global business partners.

Must haves:
– Business project management skills, experienced with global projects involving multiple sites

across the globe

– Working knowledge in data analytics and visualization, leveraging Tableau, Alteryx, R, SQL,

Smartsheet and Excel skills to develop dashboards, reports, forecasting and automation tools

– Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment regulated by ‚Good Manufacturing

Practice‘

– Demonstrated project management experience at global level

– Working knowledge with Quality management systems, especially with Change control and/or

working knowledge with regulatory variation submission

– Working knowledge to create Tableau dashboards and other digital tools in a GMP environment,

preferred with validation experience

– Proficient in English (oral and written), additionally German preferred
