For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Clinical Development Leader.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide Medical Expertise in Heart Failure and/or coronary artery disease for blood-based biomarker solutions.
• Responsible for the development and execution of clinical evidence generation strategy for the assigned product(s)/disease area (DA) based on key insights and perspectives from multiple stakeholders.
• Provide medical/clinical expertise and input into the development of market access, brand and lifecycle strategies for the product(s)/DA.
• Accountable and responsible for the benefit risk assessment of the assigned product(s) in relation to pre-launch evidence generation (and supportive for post-launch medical risk evaluations).
• Support the disease area network (DAN), CDMA Network Leader (NL) and indication leader (IL) in the implementation of the overall cardiac clinical strategy

Must Haves:

• M.D. with experience in heart failure (HF) or coronary artery disease
• some working experience in this area
• Experience in clinical evidence generation, study design, patient pathways and disease management
• Previous experience of working in an international business climate and matrix environment
• Versed in medical aspects of GCP (Good Clinical Practice), ICH (International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use), FDA, EMEA, NICE and other relevant guidelines and regulations
• Understanding of Biostatistics and Epidemiology
  * Highly motivated individual with a positive mindset with strong team-working skills
• Visionary and strategic mindset for clinical development of new products and product offerings
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% of time
• Knowledge and understanding of different diagnostic technologies and methods are advantageous
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
