For our customer a big pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a highly qualified Clinical Supply Coordinator

Background:

As part of Roche’s Global Clinical Supply Chain Management, the Production Enablement function ensures that packaging operations can produce material required by Roche’s clinical trials seamlessly, on-time, and while optimizing cost/quality.
We are looking for an individual who can master two roles: Global Clinical Order Manager and Global Shelf Life Manager. Within Production Enablement the Global Clinical Order Management team is responsible for preparing any kind of packaging orders that will be produced at our clinical packaging facilities in Kaiseraugst, South San Francisco or externally with our Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partners.
The Global Clinical Order Manager drives the operational coordination and on-time execution of packaging orders of Investigational Medical Products (IMPs) for global and local studies. The GCOM focuses on all final pack-orders within the packaging horizon, that is, from conversion of planned orders into process orders, handover to manufacturing until QA release.
Furthermore, in the role of Global Shelf Life Manager you are responsible for the supply chain management of the prolongation of the clinical study medication of the ongoing studies in countries and in depots world-wide.
The perfect candidate:
We are looking for a professional candidate who has a Supply Chain Management background and experience in Clinical Supply.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of the Pharma Supply Chain and clinical packaging processes
  * High cultural awareness and social competence are required as cooperation and communication in complex situations with different cultures and countries is part of the daily job
  * Well-developed teamwork, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  * Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills, high attention to detail, and understanding of systems and technical designs
  * Full use and application of basic Supply Chain/Business Process/cGMP theories, principles, and techniques

Must Haves:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Healthcare Management
  * Min. 3+ years experience as Supply Chain Planner or in Clinical Supply Chain Management, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
  * Strong GMP Knowledge
  * Hands-on experience SAP MM, OMP or APO
  * Fluent in German AND English is a must
  * Collaborative personality, team player, proactive and self organized
  * High attention to detail

Nice to have:

• APICS and/or SCOR certification, or associated relevant experience
