Communication Lead – GMP /Service Now / English / gSuite / Agile

For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Communication Lead

Background
E2E RIM (End to End Regulatory Information Management) is a business transformation program enabled by technology. The program will transform how Roche prepares regulatory submissions by:
* simplifying submission processes and the technology landscape
* bringing regulatory information together to increase productivity build a foundation for automation and reduce compliance risks
* with the final aim to accelerate bringing medicines to patients

E2E RIM is being rolled out as a series of Minimum Viable Products, the first of which was released in September 2021 and included Clinical Trial Applications & Investigational New Drug Applications (submission planning, tracking, and registration). It targeted PDR, PTR, and regulatory roles in most Affiliates. The next MVP (Release 2, March 2022) includes Content Management and Dossier Management and will reach approx. 8,000 users, including from non- Regulatory functions.

Tasks & Responsibilities
The RIM Communications Lead is a key member of the RIM Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. The team supports the E2E RIM programme by putting in place processes and content, which ensure that stakeholders understand and feel able to support programme goals. It also ensures that end users are able to use Vault RIM.

The RIM Communications Lead will work closely with the RIM OCM Lead, the RIM Training Lead, the RIM Training Coordinator, key E2E RIM programme team members to provide communications support for E2E RIM. The role also involves providing communication support for the oneReg Network who ensure the sustainment of RIM post release.

Strategy:
* Develop the communication strategy in collaboration with the OCM Lead

Tactical deliverables:
* Redesign of the E2E RIM gSite and Training sites so that people can easily see what is happening and can find the materials and information they need.
* Introduction of a site or tool that will allow E2E RIM programme team members to see what the teams are working on and the decisions taken by the E2E Leads
* Providing clear, targeted communications to end users and the broader community
* Creating core communication materials to support stakeholder communications
* Analysing questions from end users via ServiceNow, Superusers and SMEs and partnering with appropriate team members to source answers and then communicate these answers.
* Capturing feedback from stakeholders on levels of engagement and using this to inform future engagement activity
* Partnering with the RIM OCM Lead to evolve the Superuser network model, ensuring that they network feels supported and able to perform their role
* Collaborating with the RIM OCM Lead to engage with functions and affiliates

Must haves:
* 5+ years‘ experience of relevant work experience in a similar position as communication lead preferably in the healthcare environment
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (any discipline – although a Communications related degree
* Able to skillfully manage communications to a wide range of audiences – Leaders and technical teams from across Roche
* Technical understanding by Analyzing Service Now Tickets
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Experience of gSuite tools, including gSite publishing – Able to create, manage and share Smartsheet content

* Confidence using SmartSheets
