Communication Project Manager 50% (f/m/d) – supply chain/ communications / simpleshow / copy writer / Journalist

For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly Communication Project Manager 50%

Background:
The End to End Supply Chain (E2E SC) is implementing a new operating model to provide more benefits to patients at a lower cost to society. Work Packages have been running sprints to refine and test the model ahead of developing an integrated deployment plan. The OCM (Organisational Change Mgmt) squad have been engaging the SC teams and starting to understand what will change and how these changes will affect different people.

The perfect candidate has experience in Supply Chain Transformational Projects and has a very hands-on personality. Experience in Communication content creation is a must.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Working with Work Package teams to develop storylines and key messages as part of the E2E Operating Model (E2E SCOM)
* Writing content including gslides, FAQs, video scripts, leadership talking points, leader emails, G Currents posts etc
* Creating digital content such as videos, gifs, animations (using tools such as Vyond, simpleshow)
* Coordinate virtual „drop ins“ and other communications forums as determined to support awareness and and understanding of the E2E SCOM, including materials, coaching presenters, pollev, follow up comms etc
* Updating gsite (intranet) content and materials using the Google suite of tools
* Provide inputs to the overall E2E SCOM OCM/comms plan
* Support business as usual communications eg monthly update email, townhalls
* Collaborate with other team members to develop messaging and support content development as required

Must Haves:
* Background within supply chain, manufacturing, engineering or similar strongly preferred. Does not necessarily need to have pharmaceutical experience
* Min. 5+ years of experience in writing and developing content for communications of a Change Management Project or any transformational projects
* Hands-on experience as Copy Writer, Journalist or similar
* Confident working with technical content and adapting to different audiences
* Comfortable self-learning new basic common tools (e.g. Simpleshow) or similar for animations, intranet editing tools, basic video editing
* Very good communication skills
* Hands-on attitude
* Native or near native English writing and speaking skills
