For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Content Management Business Analyst (m/f/d).

Background:

ASPIRE is an enterprise-wide business transformation program that will harmonise all core end-to-end processes across the Roche enterprise and enable their execution from one standardised IT system template. The newly formed Content Management Team is part of the Document & Content Management Workstream with the focus to develop best practices & solutions so we can transition from today’s documents to a data driven approach with component content management. You will be working with the current operational document management teams to gain experience in our current processes & needs and in parallel apply this knowledge in the ASPIRE Program.

The Business Analyst ensures the comprehensive understanding of business workflows and deliverables in the area of new product design & development, update and change activities within Roche Diagnostics Solutions. The Business Analyst needs to collaborate closely within the teams to gain insights of the day-to-day work and uses the gained experience and knowledge to contribute to the transition from documents to content management.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

• Analysis of main artifacts in the D&D (Design & Development) process, assessment of complexity, content sources and involved parties
• Identification of main archetypes of use cases
• Establishes a data model – data mesh view – data flows and ownership
• Elaborates an operational concept (OpsCon) / information model Requirements Engineering (elicitation, analysis, elaboration, validation)
• Creating understanding of need and rational requirements of stakeholder concerning content management
• Creates the content management system requirements / user stories
• Manage requirements (documentation, tracing) according to defined scope Specific tasks
• Usage of the Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) on an expert level
• Maintenance and administration of document systems
• Provides direct support in (regulatory relevant) submission documentation
• Manages issues in Electronic Document System
• Review documents for correctness in EDMS
• Documentation of Change Processes for users

Must Haves:

• B.Sc/M.Sc ideally in Life Sciences, Engineering or Software Development
• Min. 3-5 years of working experience in multiple complex information system projects in business analysis and/or content management
• Background in development of regulated products (e.g. IVD, MD, Pharma, aerospace, automotive, system engineering)
• Sound understanding of workflows and decision processes in design and development
• Applied knowledge business analysis respective tools
• Experiences working in SAFe teams, understands its principles and ceremonies
• Very good oral and written English skills
• Analytical thinking with ability to see the big picture as well as the details
• Good communication skills, patience and tenacity
• Ability to lead, follow-up and work well in multidisciplinary teams.
