Corporate Actions Specialist (m, f, d) – 80-100%

Project: We are currently recruiting for an experienced corporate Actions specialist to work for our International Financial services client.

As a Specialist you will be responsible for Information Management, ensuring you inform participants on time with high data quality about upcoming corporate actions. In doing so, you will validate the relevant information, enrich it with additional information and proactively clarify it with various data sources.

Key Tasks:

• Timely and independent notification of upcoming Corporate Actions.
• Cooperation with other departments (interfaces)
• Answering Corporate Actions related queries (phone, email etc.) / Expert talks
• Responsible for the beginning to end processing of Corporate Actions for daily processing
• Reconciliation and comparison of different information sources (e.g. companies, registrars, agents, custodians, CSDs etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience of working within Financial services (Banking, Stock markets, Trading)
• Experience and knowledge of Value Chain Operations and Corporate Risk Management
• Managing relationships with customers

Soft Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong customer focus

Languages

• Excellent communication skills in English & German
