For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Data Scientist and Business Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d).

Background :
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Business Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and creating insightful reports to help drive informed business decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of BI tools and techniques to help visualize data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

The perfect candidate: We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist who has the ability to work in a changing environment and can think in end to end business processes. The perfect candidate can speak German and English or at least one of those languages ​​fluently and the other one intermediate level (German would be preferred).

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize data in a clear and concise manner * Collaborate with stakeholders
across the company to identify key business questions and translate them into data-driven insights
* Identify trends and patterns in data and develop hypotheses to explain them
* Provide guidance and training to team members on data analytics and BI tools vMonitor key performance indicators and alert stakeholders to changes or trends that require attention
* Develop and maintain documentation for data analysis processes and methodologies
* Design and develop business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau
* Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a data warehouse or data mart
* Design and develop data models and data cubes to support reporting and analysis
* Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analysis needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain documentation for business intelligence solutions and processes

Must Haves:
* Min. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering
* Min. 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Scientist role
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting language such as Python or R
* Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
* Fluency in German and English (min. B2)
* Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:
* Knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing and analytics platforms such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
