Project:
For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Design OPS Manager (M/F/D).

Background:
The DesignOps Manager has the remit to increase speed and quality as the team delivers and scales. Responsible as Ops Scrum Master for operational practice development and management by running our SAFe-like Ops sprints.The DesignOps Manager will facilitate prioritization of project requests, project staffing and overall project delivery topics. The Design Ops Manager is responsible for chapter/project controlling, vendor & partner management, knowledge management, design specific tool & licenses and the chapter specific on/offboarding process.

The perfect candidate: We are looking for an experienced professional candidate who is able to design and implement processes, has a technical flair and the ability to configure different tools, has an analytical mindset and the ability to think beyond. The background should be designed with a strong business mindset. The candidate needs to show a proactive approach and the experience with SAFe/ Scrum and agile methodologies and needs to be tool savvy to design and build processes leveraging tools such as e.g. spreadsheets, slack, monday.com, google suite, miro, etc.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Accountable to maintain with Design Leads the project management framework that
supports design project delivery
* Ensures design project overview / reports (information management system) are established, maintained and support chapter decision making
* Provides governance and facilitates rituals and communication for design leadership in ongoing intake/staffing meetings, portfolio reviews, and metrics and budget tracking.
* Implements best practices in regards to chapter operations & design delivery
* Provides a framework for capability improvements from problem statement definition to design, build, test and train/roll-out of new concepts and ways of working
* Effectively facilitates a highly engaged team and is able to inspire and coach team members
* Lead activities and initiatives that support healthy org culture including info sessions, offsites, internal surveys, recognition programs, change management, team norms, etc.
* Accountable to facilitate controlling rituals and processes with the Finance business partner and leadership team. Ensures relevant data is reliable and can provide context.
* Can define rituals and tools to facilitate knowledge harvesting and sharing.
* Able to manage strategic partnerships with vendors to allow scalability of services and ensure quality output for our stakeholders
* Work with peers to evaluate and procure the tools we need for research, prototyping and design, for the highest level of efficiency and quality
* Ability to learn and test new tool configurations and automations to support the effectiveness of our processes

Must Haves:
* Min. Bachelor degree Process Design Management, Business Administration, Change or Project Management or similar
* Min. 5+ years experience in Design Operations, Design Project Delivery, Tools and Process Implementation, Change/ Processes /Vendor Management
* Strong experience in project management with agile methodologies, Scrum and SAFE (Scrum Master experience would be an advantage)
* Experience as a tool owner / poweruser with project delivery tools (e.g. figma, monday.com or gSuite, miro, slack or similar)
* Strong ability to design and implement processes as well as ability to implement them technically in the available tools
* Endurance to work in a complex landscape and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
* English fluent is a must
* Teamplayer, proactive, quality focused, solution oriented, motivated personality
* Analytical mindset and ability to think beyond
* Very good communication skills with different business partners
* Technical affinity and ability to work with different technologies
* Winning personality in a team that can communicate directly
* Willing to support other people in the daily business
