For our client Pharma client in Basel we are looking for a Employee experience Transformation Lead (m/f/d).

This position is located in pRED Oncology, where we discover the future in cancer care.

We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a Transformation lead to work on the development,

planning, and implementation of an improved employee experience within pRED Oncology,

covering key areas including people development, leadership capabilities development,

performance management, culture evolution, and diversity & inclusion.

In 2021 pRED Oncology started a broad review of its strategy including a strong people

component, which has led to the delivery of a set of recommendations to improve the overall

employee experience within the organization and help pRED Oncology achieve its 2030 ambition.

In this role, you will be central in driving activities to bring these recommendations to life and

support the Leadership Team in delivering on their people & culture priorities within the Roche

and pRED People & Culture (P&C) framework.

Areas of responsibility:

Working closely with the pRED Oncology Leadership Team, the pRED Innovation Enabling

Office, the Roche P&C organization, the pRED Oncology P&C employee resource group, as well

as external experts, you will provide project leadership and management for transformation

activities necessary for a progressive employee experience evolution.

As a Transformation expert you will focus on the following areas:

– Lead the development, planning, and implementation of a global plan to establish the mindset,

systems, and capabilities to improve our talent development efforts including identified people

development initiatives and tools, increased transparency on development opportunities across

the organization, and hiring of line managers and leaders – all within the Roche P&C framework.

– Ensure efficient and consistent performance management across teams with a strong emphasis

placed on 360 feedback and assessment of a range of competencies and behaviours in line with

our evolved culture

– Support the definition of our desired culture (in the remit of our Roche Operating Principles and

pRED cultural framework) and action plan that will help bring us to our Oncology 2030 ambition

– Lead the initiative to drive greater diversity in pRED Oncology, with a focus on progressing

gender parity and implementing pRED D&I recruitment best practices beyond gender

Must Haves:

– Extensive and relevant consulting, organizational change, and/or business transformation experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity
– Master’s degree or comparable qualification in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
– Demonstrated experience and expertise in the design, delivery and facilitation of transformational change efforts in the field of people practices and organization culture
– Demonstrated expertise in project Management including planning and execution of projects from initiation through delivery, organization of cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project while adhering to budget, scope, schedule requirements, and existing frameworks. Planning and management of implementation efforts
– Demonstrated ability to systematically analyze organizations, considering strategy, culture, leadership, capabilities, structures, processes, and networks
– Demonstrated ability to track and measure progress on goals
– Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and teams
– Demonstrated experience consulting on topics of leadership, people development, and diversity and inclusion
– Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
– Proven project and stakeholder management skills in a highly complex and matrix environment, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, peers, and large groups
– Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, and courage to push back and challenge the status quo
– Fluent English language skills are a must.
