For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Financial Accountant: Fixed Assets.

Background:
We are looking for individuals who display the Finance Mindset & Behaviours, and will support a living organism that will leverage the knowledge and financial expertise of the network to deliver foundational work and squad-prioritised work in line with the organisational principles.

The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate possesses a strong finance expertise to focus on Fixed Assets/CAPEX, as well as the ability to work in a self-aligning team with minimal hierarchy. Sharing and receiving feedback, and living the collaborative accountability. The candidate has a passion to comprehend new tasks and challenges, pilot new approaches and constructively challenge the status quo. Ideally, the person has a degree in Finance and several years of experience in the specific finance area.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Asset Accounting
* CAPEX Project accounting
* Supporting the inventory

Must Haves:

– Min. commercial degree in Finance
– Min. 5 years of experience in the specific finance area
– Min. 2 years‘ experience strong finance expertise for to focus for Fixed Assets/CAPEX
– SAP R3 & sared service center experience
– Excellent communication skills in English and/or German
– Proactive & team player

Nice to have:

– Proven finance capabilities and technical skills, solid understanding of finance processes and systems
– Collaboration and influencing skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity that is inspirational to others
