For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Global Administrative Network Business Partner

The perfect candidate:
The pRED Business Operations department is looking for 2 contractors as a backfill. The candidate will be a part of a global Network of Business Administrative Partners that has been newly formed into a dynamic global team. The global Network operates with a shared inbox for collecting requests, therefore the ideal candidate has experience in this type of set up, and needs to be adaptable to change, is a very good team player with excellent organization skills. Preferably, a few years of working experience in an administration area and previous Roche experience is a strong advantage. Ideally, the candidate is immediately available.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* supporting the business by delivering proactive, forward thinking support to our customers.
* contributing to a variety of projects and tasks in innovative ways.
* supporting our stakeholders in a networked approach.
* ensuring professional organization, coordination and execution of impactful work providing guidance and support.

Must haves:
* Min. a commercial Diploma or similar (Secretarial/business/office management certification/qualification)
* Min. 3-5+ years working experience – preferred in a administration field
* Good knowledge of IT tools in Google/gSuite (e.g. gSite, Mail, Calendar and Google Drive) and MS Office
* Excellent time management & organizational skills with proven abilities to work independently
* Strong customer orientation with a team player attitude, confidentiality, impeccable interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Is self-motivated and proactive with a very high degree of reliability
* Creative mindset and are excited about innovation and new ways of working
* German and English
