For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Global Business Process Manager Site Operations (m/w/d)

Background:

The Global Business Process Management Chapter – Site Operations is part of the Global Process Enablement Site Network organization. Main task of the chapter is to support the Roche Sites Network or global processes with Business Process Management expertise. The focus is on process consulting, continuous process improvement and solution optimization. If you enjoy teamwork, international contacts and exciting challenges, you are the right person for us.

The perfect candidates ideally have a university degree in business informatics with around 3 years experience in process management and first project management experience, technical flair and ideally experiences in SHE (Security, Health, Environment) and Enterprise Asset Management. Also, ideally candidates bring experience in working with SAP (PM/EA M).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Building, coordinating and maintaining the business Network and support product teams in the area of SHE / Security / Asset Maintenance
  * Driving digitization projects and decision-making for the development and change management of global best practice solutions.
  * Contact for IT and business experts in the Global Business Process Team Site SHE & Asset Maintenance, ensuring communication with different local, regional and global stakeholders
  * Support the „end to end“ optimization of business processes in the area of the Enablon platform, like risk management, industrial hygiene etc., within the area of responsibility
  * Supporting the local Change Management and Incident Management in processing change requests and regression testing for upgrade activities; ensuring that the local business is supported in all ALM activities. e.g. Requirement definition, test creation, test execution
  * Communication and coordination with local and global teams
  * Monitoring of local and global project activities in the SAP environment

Must Haves:

• University degree ideally in Business informatics, or in Economics, Engineering or a comparable field
  * Min. 1-3 years experience in Process Management (Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Requirements Management)
  * Very good IT skills with MS-Office, Google tools, ideally knowledge in SAP (PM/EA M), Jira, SNOW, MIRO
  * Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a big plus
  * Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  * Teamplayer

Nice to have:

• First project management experiences
  * Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
