For our customer a big pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a highly qualified ASPIRE – Global Business Process Specialist Transparency Reporting.

Background:
We are looking for a collaborative and inspiring individual to join our Business Process Management team. As a Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) you will be part of the BPM Transparency & Financial Sustainability Reporting function at Roche. In this role, you will be responsible for the business reporting processes in the area of transparency reporting in your specified focus area. The GBPS is responsible for the continuous global harmonization, standardization, improvement and automation of the transparency reporting processes. The GBPS works in close collaboration with stakeholders from affiliates, local and global Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT and other functions both divisionally & cross divisionally.

The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate has a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and possesses at least 7 years‘ experience in Finance, Business Process Management or a related field. The candidate is fluent in English and has knowledge of Finance and Commercial Business, EFPIA/Sunshine Act and related systems. Additionally, the person has experience in local and international or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading projects (preferably transformational of nature) and cross functional teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support the development of Transparency Reporting processes and solutions within the ASPIRE Program, including the design of technical solutions (i.e. IT applications)
* Design technical solutions to enable the transparency reporting processes in close collaboration with IT, Master Data, Demand to Pay and Commercial teams
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the ASPIRE Program as well as in Business Process Management to ensure requirements are properly communicated
* Support the design of the end-to-end transparency reporting process (definition of methodological rules, data collection, validation, corrections and reporting) aiming at process harmonization and full compliance to regulatory requirements (e.g. EFPIA, Sunshine Act and similar local regulations)
* Support the ASPIRE Program implementation ensuring the adherence to global transparency reporting processes and solutions, as well as governing the collection, acceptance and development of solutions to support local reporting requirements
* Be the first point of contact for the ASPIRE deployment teams in regards to Transparency Reporting, providing guidance on the deployment methodology, collect and pre-analyze new requirements. Develop the relevant tools and materials to implement the Transparency Reporting in different Roche affiliates
* Coordinate template and deployment activities for transparency reporting between ASPIRE and OneTransparency programs
* Coordinate with process engagement leads and business operations to ensure efficient deployment and continuous improvements of the reporting solutions and processes

Must Haves:
* Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
* Min. of 7 years of experience in Finance / Business Process Management or related field.
* Business fluency in English is a must
* Knowledge of Finance and Commercial Business, EFPIA/Sunshine Act and related systems
* Local and international or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading projects (preferably transformational of nature) and cross functional teams.
* Excellent Business Process Management skills with a strong „Can-Do-Mindset“
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making
* Exceptional organizational skills and time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high quality accomplishment of such
* Travel: 10-20% depending on projects

Nice to have:
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities
* Strong track record in local & global Finance / Compliance
