For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Global Customer Support – Support & Training Specialist.

Background:
As a Support & Training Specialist in GCS Support & Training, the candidate will ensure ongoing product support for analytical systems in Point of Care with focus on molecular products and corresponding IT & digital applications and services. Contributes to product care quality meetings and provides service relevant information. The candidate will be responsible for training execution and technical 2nd level support for different target groups such as service engineers. The perfect candidate has a qualified degree in technology and first professional experience in supporting and servicing technology equipment systems in combination with IT solutions. Experience in developing and implementing training sessions for service engineers, and the methodology and teaching skills is required. For this role, the candidate needs to be extremely service-oriented and be fluent in both English and German. The candidate needs to be willing to travel (up to 30%).

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* You are actively involved in the development of concepts and engaged in service initiatives such as digital applications, system solutions, concepts and data analysis.
* Your expertise lies in training and 2nd level support for analytical systems. Trainings are executed and supported for global staff. Supports the training methodology for all job oriented trainings
* Offers 2nd level support hotlines for affiliates and regions in order to minimize system down times, allowing for a fast workaround or solution
* You will provide support for the analysis of related problems, contributing to the appropriate solution
* You warrant that product support meets the requirements of the distribution organizations. This involves being the contact for complex issues regarding installation, repair and configuration and if necessary, you provide onsite support to global customers
* In addition, you will be involved in projects with internal and external manufacturers for new and further development of analytical systems
* You will be responsible for the coordination and support for Software, Hardware and test procedure updates in the Roche Repair Depots Centre in Spain and North America for a professional Point of Care medical device.

Must Haves:
* Qualified degree in technology (preferably in electronic/automation)
* First professional experience in supporting and servicing technology equipment systems (preferably laboratory diagnostic) in combination with IT solutions
* Enjoy developing and implementing training sessions for service engineers, which are predominantly held in English. Methodology and teaching skills
* Enjoy working for and with clients and being extremely service-oriented
* Enjoy working in global matrix structures and count communication and teamwork skills as well as intercultural skills
* Fluent in English and German
* Open to frequent and extended travel (approximately 30%) in Europe and USA.
