Innovation Enabling Partner – Project and Change Manager – OCM / Life Science / English


Role:

For our Pharma client based in Basel we are looking for a Innovation Enabling Partner – Project and Change Manager.

Background:
The position is located in the pRED Innovation Enabling Office (IEO), which seeks to optimise the

impact of innovation across the pRED value chain. The office has four key strategic focus areas

(SFA) with distinct but interlinked services:

– Innovation Powerhouse (driving portfolio enabling innovation),

– Change & Impact Partner (partnering to drive and embed change),

– Skills & capabilities access (enhancing visibility and access to development offerings enterprise[1]wide)

– Innovative Partnerships (optimising internal & external collaborations).

Areas of responsibility:

– Strategic project and change management to support and drive implementation of

transformational initiatives across the organization

– Ensure alignment with key strategic priorities, and objectives.

– Guide teams towards processes and engage accordingly.

– Support the structure, ease and engage interactions within cross-functional teams

– Ensure identification, involvement, and engagement of all relevant stakeholders, make sure that

well-informed decisions are taken.

– Create and deliver integrated communication activities to engage the target audience that builds

on a strong narrative and set of compelling messages of the effort.

Professional and technical requirements:
– University degree in arts management, business or related field, certification in project

management & organizational change management is a plus

– Min 5 years‘ experience of hands-on organisational project and change management

– Experience in defining, driving and executing OCM strategy, while at the same time being

pragmatic and swift in translating the strategy into tactical measures and actions

– Strong stakeholder management skills, to establish and uphold successful internal and external

partnerships; awareness and accurate application of such considering different levels of the

organisation (e.g. from laboratory to leadership team)

– Cultural awareness, concern for people and influencing skills

– Experience in facilitating, setting up, and structuring workshops, f2f, and virtual set-ups

– Good knowledge and application skills of agile values, practices and methodologies

– Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills

– Business fluency in English language.

– Great interpersonal skills and ability to influence and mobilize others for results

– Positive and solution-driven mindset, being able to embrace diversity – considering

perspectives, inviting opinions and curiosity

Nice to Haves:

– Experience working in the Life science (Roche) sector and understanding of the drug

development, early research cycle

– Experience in Learning and Training Management

– Operate with the end in mind, and impact-driven – application of OBP (outcome-based planning)
