IT Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d) – 100%

We are looking for a highly motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join an established and experienced recruitment team to support us in recruiting for the Best IT Talent within the Swiss IT contract market.

If you are already familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods, great! – if not we will provide you with adequate training and support, to ensure you will become a trusted and respected recruiter for IT Freelancers and contractors.

Tasks

• Review job descriptions to identify high-potential candidates
• Crafting and updating job adverts
• Foster long-term relationships with past freelancers and potential candidates
• Perform Background and reference checks
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed

Requirements and skills:

• Previous work experience as a IT contract recruiter, Recruitment Consultant or similar role would be of an advantage but is not necessary for the right person
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
• Familiarity with job boards, resume databases or Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience in interviewing and qualification of candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Xing, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent German skills
