For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Junior Digital Marketing Growth Manager (m/f/d).

Background:
You would work in the Digital & Growth Marketing Subchapter within the Network Enabling Organisation (NEO) for the Region EMEA/LATAM. The team is responsible for pushing the digital maturity of the local Sales Organizations forward and elevating customer experience in the countries. Our mission is to advance digital maturity across local Sales Organizations, spearheading transformation and enhancing customer experiences. A Junior Digital Marketing Manager, is part of a leading, highly motivated, and specialised team at the forefront of innovation, experimentation, and impactful campaign management. Embracing lean start-up principles and a growth mindset, aiding in pioneering new strategies, brainstorming ideas, and conducting experiments. This role is pivotal in scaling successful experiments and embedding them into larger campaigns using Growth Hacking methodologies. The collaboration with regional and local stakeholders will be instrumental in this role. Offering support and driving inspiration across various digital marketing activities, all while working closely with teams across different geographies. The efforts will not only align with but actively contribute to the cultivation of sustainable business outcomes. By juggling multiple responsibilities and maintaining a proactive approach, the digital marketing growth manager will help shape the digital landscape of our organisation, ensuring that our marketing strategies resonate regionally and locally.

The perfect candidate has a commercial background and more than 3 years of experience working with various digital marketing tools & channels. Additionally, the person is experienced with Google or Adobe analytics and possesses excellent communication skills in English. Lastly, the candidate has strong organisational and project management skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Growth Marketing within the EMEA/LATAM Region
* Designing the best experiment to validate assumptions and selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs and metrics along the buying journey) to measure the success & gather learnings from the experiments
* A/B testing those ideas through online experiments, e.g. by adapting marketing automation principles, optimising landing pages & testing new content formats & channels
* Analysing and interpreting the data insights and take action based on it
* Utilising conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses
* Continuously researching & experimenting with new tools & channels and best practices
* Provide impactful experiments to be up-scaled
* Project Management and Campaign Coordination
* Campaign (co-)creation, set-up, implementation, optimisation and impact/effort analysis in collaboration with Affiliates
* Project management of Digital initiatives across the Region
* Stakeholder Management
* Maintaining & supporting stakeholders from the affiliates & global teams
* Elevate & liaise Digital transformation in the affiliates

Must Haves:
* Commercial diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with various digital marketing tools & channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, SEO/SEA, etc.) with a proven track record, preferably in a global context
* Experience with Google analytics / Adobe analytics
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Excellent communication skills in English

* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
* Fast learner, motivated and passionate about digital transformation
* Experience with Google workspace applications
* Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement

* Proficiency in managing data and making data-driven decisions
* Awareness of the latest digital marketing trends
