Role:

For our client in the Pharma industry based in Basel we are looking for a Junior Organizational Change Manager.

The Junior Organizational Change Manager will support the OCX Team and support a big change project in the last months. The team is here to help build the best possible consumer experience while ensuring your solution is known and used in the organization. The team analyse the change, engage, communicate and trains the right audience for the project.

Areas of responsibility:

• Execution of an established communications and engagement roadmap for a global IT project (with Google applications)
• Be part in stakeholder management and communication, in collaboration with project management
• Responsible for setting up, empowering and managing global communications campaigns including managing graphics, gSites, templates and information to be communications
• Create a newsletter and support or handle other digital communications and marketing parts

Professional and technical requirements:

• Commercial diploma or similar education needed
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the area of OCM (Organizational Change Management) and have excellent communications, organization and digital marketing skills
• You have experience in communications and digital marketing for example with Social media experience and/or website creating or handling experience
• You are used to communicate with internal and external stakeholders (end-users) on a global level
• You possess a proven understanding of project work with deadlines, especially its standards and methods
• We expect you to be proficient in Google Suite applications, and ideally have experience with software rollouts
• You MUST be fluent in Business English with additional European languages as a bonus, but not required
