Learning Program Specialist (m/f/d) – didactical methodologies / project management / coaching / english

For our client Roche Diagnostic based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Learning Program Specialist (m/w/d).

Background:

We in Roche Diagnostic Academy support and strengthen the Diagnostics Global Customer

Support to help our key stakeholders in providing an outstanding customer experience. In the

complex world of global technical training, we strive for simplicity and effectiveness in

methodologies & processes. In order to reach an ideal learning experience and speed to

competence for a wide product portfolio and target group, we develop, offer and continuously

optimize our three main pillars of learning content, infrastructure and services.

Within the Roche Diagnostics Academy, the department for „Learning Program Management“ is

responsible for the consultancy, conception and planning of learning programs for various target

groups, focusing on technical product training. In close collaboration with subject matter experts

the new development and modernization of the existing learning landscape to a modular blended

learning environment is the key strategy for the next few years. Learning programs are

conceptually prepared and handed over to our team for content production.

The perfect candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who has the necessary didactical background and experience in

digital learning to support the trainers but has also the qualification to coach/mentor negotiations

and can do Stakeholdermanagement.

Areas of responsibility:

– Plans the execution and conceptualize the constructional design of complex blended learning

programs for products within the Roche Diagnostics Product portfolio, with the focus on technical

product training for target groups of Roche & distributor technicians/ application specialists and

customer users

– Closely collaborates with business area experts of the global service organization, with regional

and affiliate field experts as well as with distributor and customer experts on the requirements

investigation for learning programs, to secure a sustainable and beneficial investment of training

digitalization

– Supports the achievement of defined Key Performance Indicators with regards to quality and

speed of project scopings and as a result the healthiness of the project pipeline as well as project

stakeholder satisfaction

– Takes care of communication activities from Learning Program Management perspective to

inform various stakeholders on e.g. didactical approaches, project progress and KPI status

– Drives educational project requests/ needs with especially via identifying internal/ external

subject matter experts and source material and/or content

– Supports the development and implementation of globally defined standards for training such as

modular learning paths creation, content delivery formats based on didactical foundations,

blended learning approach for effective speed to competence

Must Haves:

– Min Bachelor degree University in education, knowledge management or related studies, or

equivalent degree of higher education

– Min. 3 -5 years of professional experience in the design and production of digital learning media

– Expert skills in didactical methodologies and learning program conceptualization for adult

education, ideally in the environment of global service & support organizations

– Proven record of project management & planning skills including ability to manage time, budget,

stakeholders and lead/mentor negotiations

– Very good communication skills in an international environment and expertise in

consultancy/coaching/mentoring within projects and negotiations

– High expertise in the general functioning of a modern LMS (Learning Management System) with

a focus on the user experience within complex curricula and sequential modular learning paths

– Very good skills in written and spoken English

Nice to Haves:

– Coaching Certificate is an advantage

– Moderation experience of negotiation with different stakeholders
