Lifecycle Management Offboarding Specialist (m/f/d) – HR / IT Skills / English / German

For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified Lifecycle Management Offboarding Specialist (m/f/d).

Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Provides direct end-to-end support to company employees and company management as part

of a centralized support solutions function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions, queries,

and related support

– Receives, responds, and anticipates requests concerning HR policies/programs, such as (but

not limited to) employee life-cycle, (e)learning, compensation & benefits, mobility, and pay & time

management

– Appropriately responds to requests and questions from employees or properly routes to others

for additional support or seeks information provided by other HR areas

– May respond to practices inquiries via online resources and/or telephone and processes various

paper and electronic forms

– May perform data maintenance or analysis

– May contribute to or lead projects on improvement of processes

– May provide training and onboarding to more junior colleagues

– Connects with Global IT and HR where needed

– Works independently within guidelines and policies, receives minimal guidance

– Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and provides functional guidance

Must haves:
– At least 3 years of experience in a multinational HR position

– HR-related educational background ( apprenticeship or academic )

– Familiar with administrative tasks in the HR business sector and profound knowledge of

contracting setups ( Offboarding )

– Experienced in IT applications like the whole G-Suite, MS Office, and other related tools

– Candidate needs to speak and write perfectly in English and German
