For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified MSAT Engineer (m/f/d)

Background:

The Manufacturing Science & Technology Team (MSAT) is working in an agile Framework. We are shaping and continuously improving the manufacturing of highly integrated sensors and cartridges (S&C). Our service scope starts with input to first concept ideas, continues through a fast and effective design transfer from development into routine manufacturing and finally ensures a robust and sustainable product care phase over the entire lifecycle.

Organized in Sub-Networks, Squads are at the center of our agile Organization and are supported by competencies organized in chapters. The perfect candidate has an university / FH degree in Natural Science or Engineering (i.e. Biotech/Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, …) OR apprenticeship with experience in a related field. Since the hiring manager has 3 to 4 different positions to fill, she will consider candidates that have an academic degree with no professional experience as well as candidates with 1-3 years working experience. The perfect candidate has experience in a highly regulated production environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

The tasks and responsibilities can vary depending on the position and seniority of the candidate

* Non conformity- , change- and document management in SAP (process / method / material / equipment)
* Enact a problem solving process to ensure a fact based and data driven root cause analysis and countermeasure identification.
* Ensure compliance through thorough documentation and timely actions in collaboration with quality assurance
* Adopt & optimize production processes to improve quality, increase yield and lower cost for the respective product
* Establish, maintain and continuously improve Control Loops for the respective product
* Prioritization of tasks
* Collaboration with stakeholders (Quality, R&D)

Must Haves:

• University / FH degree in Natural Science or Engineering (i.e. Biotech/Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, …) OR apprenticeship with experience in a related field
  * Experience in a highly regulated production environment is of advantage ***
  * Experience in process management (Change, deviation management, product risk analysis) is of advantage
  * Fluent in both English and German
  * You bring a proven track record in agile methodologies or project management techniques and in delivering on targets
  * You are an autonomous and flexible team player with the ability for self reflection. In a matrix organization you recognize how to optimize your and the organization’s impact by living a culture of accountability and shaping the working model in alignment with your interfaces
