For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified OCM Lead (m/w/d)

Backgound:
The Data and Analytics Network is currently looking for an OCM Lead. As an OCM lead you will drive Organizational Change management activities for the Data & Analytics product you are assigned to. As a member of that squad, you lead OCM to support the Program Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager, Squad Leaders and Scrum Master. Together with that development team, you enhance the productivity and customer-centricity of the products coming from the Data and Analytics Network delivering to the Commercial and Medical Affairs business area. There will also be opportunities for you to learn about best practices and how to experiment and navigate in a very dynamic environment, all while pioneering on Accelerating Actionable Insights.

The perfect candidate:
We are looking for an experience OCM who is able to act as an OCM Lead but also has the technical understanding of software products and the ability to communicate with Developers and Business. In addition the person needs to have an analytical thinking method and understanding of the digital platforms to create the communication together with the Designers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Establish OCM strategy for new IT products; specific plan with engagement and adoption strategy
* Design change management activities for projects and translate them into actionable deliverables for the different change management levers: design, engagement, processes, involvement, communications, sponsors, stakeholders assessment and management, coaching, training, resistance management, risk management, success management.
* Engage stakeholder groups, bring your expertise to the development of the product always with adoption in mind, develop marketing and training material, create and deliver communication campaign
* Walks the talk in all things OCM (leads by example) and thereby helps build a strong reputation around this capability in the organization

Must haves:
* PROSCI Certification and/or Changefirst certification or Master Degree in OCM (
* Min. 6 – 8 years of hands-on organizational and operational change management experience from previous projects, preferred in the pharmaceutical environment
* Agile experience from previous projects and matrix organizations
* Previous experience or willingness to learn and adopt data-driven approach to OCM with best practice experience in software product introduction
* Experienced in communications and digital marketing for example with newsletter, social media and Google Site creation experience, as well as great presentation creation skills including delivering them together with the Designers and Marketing Partners
* Fluency in English spoken and written, every other European languages as a bonus
* Can define and drive the OCM strategy for a product, while at the same time being swift and pragmatic in translating the strategy into tactical measures and ensure their execution
* Drive their project from an OCM point of view with a positive change mindset as part of a complex matrix organization with several internal stakeholders (stakeholder management experience)
* Great interpersonal skills and ability to influence and mobilize others for results
* Very strong and proven team player, committed to meeting the common goals and able to excel in a virtual team
* Able to articulate benefits of key organizational change activities and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication and equally excellent active listening skills

Nice to Haves:
* Roche experience
* Experience working with Google Applications (G-Suite)
* You have technical affinity (Data Science, IT, Software) and a creative mindset
* Good knowledge in media and in especially Roche media capabilities
* Growth mindset
* DevOps experience
* Willingness to contribute actively to an OCM Community of Practice
