Ideal candidate:

To support the PD department within PSE, we are looking for an Operations Partner. We need

someone proactive, willing and excited to learn new things and process; a quick learner who

wants to develop themselves. First experience in HCP & GSP is an advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities

– Mainly responsible for acting in line with legal, regulatory and company standards and codes of

practice

– Mainly responsible for maintain knowledge of processes relating to HCP engagement, Grand

Donation and Sponsorships, and adhering to these processes

– Ensure professional organisation, coordination and execution of impactful and prioritised work

across PD and beyond.

– Ensure effective stakeholder management and provide thought partnership, guidance and

hands-on support to PD stakeholders.

– Guide stakeholders on Pharma / Genentech tools and applications and share best practices.

– Ensure continuous improvement of processes as well as effective and efficient handling of

operational PD requests.

– Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to provide and co-create solutions to maximise impact

for PD and enable the delivery of the portfolio.

– Actively support and model talent flow to the work with the highest impact across PSE to deliver

more patient benefit.

– Strong ability to working in a fast paced environment with a busy workload

– Has a broad capability of applying the methods quickly depending on the context and need to

generate impact

– Shows a proactive drive to negotiate, influence, coach and advise teams and leaders to develop

valuable solutions

Must Haves:

– Experience in large companies, global & multicultural

– Good communication skills

– Is self-motivated and proactive with a very high degree of reliability

– Experience in the Healthcare environment

– Is autonomous, structured, and goal-oriented working methods and a good team player

– Professionally represent Pharma towards internal / external stakeholders and business partners,

act on behalf of the company and comply with legal / compliance requirements.

– Fluent in English

Nice to haves:

– System experience HCP & GSD tool (Healthcare Professional) & Grand Sponsorship and

Donation.

– German is a plus
