We are looking for Operator Logistics Materials Management for our customer, a large pharmaceutical company in Basel

Background / information about the department:
As an operator in Logistics Materials Management, you are responsible for the acceptance and delivery of SAP batch-managed materials, as well as materials that are not batch-managed in SAP. The timely delivery of these materials to the companies in accordance with GMP and MES specifications as well as the training of new employees are also among the main tasks. For this we are looking for a communicative, physically resilient and
thinking colleague.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:
* Incoming goods receipt and timely delivery of SAP batch-managed materials, as well as materials
not batch-managed in SAP in accordance with GMP and MES specifications
* Training of new employees
* HSE knowledge and concerns; Reporting unsafe working conditions and actions
* Maintaining the quality system at Basel Biotech Manufacturing
* Participating in qualification and validation activities in accordance with applicable regulations
* Bringing in all materials from all areas that have to be brought into the production buildings
as well as the outsourcing of the materials that make up the production buildings leaving
* Cleaning and relabeling these materials in accordance with the existing regulations
* Cooperation with the production areas of buildings 91 and 95, the central warehouse, the
waste disposal company, the workshops and engineering
* Carry out regular room and system cleaning work according to specifications
* Operational deputy in the absence of the logistics team leader
* On-call service as assigned to the logistics team leader

Professional requirements:
* Completed training as a logistician EFZ or several years of professional experience in the field of
logistics
* First professional experience in logistics
* Very good spoken and written German
* GMP experience is an advantage
* Good MS Office (Excel, Word)

* Teamwork & flexible
* Very good structured and process-oriented way of working
* An eye for defects

Working hours :
* Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm in consultation with the team
