For our client Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)

Background:

Within the Global Customer Support (GCS) organization, the KLS (Knowledge & Learning Solutions) Department provides user and service documentation, and the design, creation and rollout of modular, role-based learning concepts for Roche products.

As a Junior Portfolio Manager, you will be supporting KLS with the management of 50+ customer documentation projects and the rollouts of 100+ customer training concepts for Roche products.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support leaders to manage different tasks within the on- and offboardings of employees and/or manage documentation projects to ensure that this documentation is delivered according to Roche customer and service documentation standards, budget, quality targets, project schedules, and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with different stakeholders, work with various tasks and be able to really put your theoretical skills into practice
* Support and manage international documentation and customer training projects that needs to be delivered with the launch and update of all Roche diagnostic analyzers, workflow and digital solutions
* Support leaders to manage different tasks within the process management area: monitoring of ongoing processes, supporting stakeholders, measuring KPIs, continuous improvement and beyond.
* Collaborate with Experts of different areas to create and document Learning Path (specific for trainer certification), define and following-up timelines, prepare and send communication, etc.
* Work closely with different stakeholders, work with various tasks and be able to really put your theoretical skills into practice

Must Haves:
* University Degree in Project Management, Business administration or equivalent
* Min. 3-5 years professional experience leading Projects or in Portfolio Management with proven results in supporting stakeholders and measuring KPIs
* Experience with design-thinking and agile project management skills and methodologies and know how to apply these effectively in your projects
* Strong communication skills and conflict management skills
* Able to communicate appropriately with different target groups
* Motivated to build, manage and foster relationships and networks
* Quick grasp and understanding of complex issues, conceptual and creative thinking
* Able to see things from the perspective of others and identify what motivates them, in order to reach win-win solutions for all target groups
* Positive attitude and team player
* Detail-oriented, organized and structured
* Good knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and skills in Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Trello)
* Excellent spoken and written command of English (native speaker or equivalent level), good command of German or Spanish are a plus
