Product Owner – 100% (m/f)

Project: We are looking for an experienced and talented Product Owner to take over a dynamic and challenging role for an Industry leader in Zürich.

Your Responsibility:

If you seek responsibility, working in a specialised and successful company where decision-making is fast and feedback is taken seriously – then this is the right project for you. In your role, you will be responsible for the development of a new Multi-banking platform with an international agile team.

Ideally, you understand the specific challenges within the financial message industry. You must be able to set priorities, structure well and have a good understanding of the needs for successful IT product development ranging from frontend to backend into infrastructure topics. With your ability to moderate, bring experts together, facilitate solution finding process and your positive attitude, you will be an important and leading part of the team.

Your Skills and Capabilities:

• Multiple years of experience as Product Owner, preferably within the banking or payment industry
• Certified Product Owner and a higher education in (business) information or equivalent work experience
• Experience in successfully implementing software development projects based on an agile methodology (e.g. Scrum)
• Broad technical understanding in different areas of IT
• Active Stakeholder Management
• Self-driven, autonomous and self-confident personality willing to take on responsibility
• Very good communication skills with both IT experts and management
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of German and English (written and spoken) – any other languages as a plus
• Experience working in an international environment with the willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

Additional assets:

• Experience in software development or network engineering or IT operations
• Experience in other project methodologies

Languages:

• English – Fluent (Written and Spoken)
• German – Min.B2 (Written and Spoken)
