For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Professional Project Manager

Background
This position in PT Global MSAT and Engineering (PTT) provides strategic and tactical business support to several technology and digitalization projects and initiatives. In this role you will collaborate and partner with engineers, manufacturing technology experts and senior leaders across PT, as well as with other project and business managers in the organization. The position is based in Basel and will report to the PTT Strategy Realization Office.

The perfect candidate
We are looking for a candidate like in the previous JP14005. The requirements are the same. The person needs to have some years project management experience, who has led manufacturing technology and digital transformation projects and has solid knowledge of the healthcare industry and associated regulatory environment, preference for those with understanding/experience with drug manufacturing knowledge.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Manage and successfully deliver cross-functional global initiatives using agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum)
* Facilitate teams in their progress towards goals
* Help the teams focus on creating value
* Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and workshops
* Actively manages project Organizational Change Management and Communications
* Identify and engage stakeholders, including collecting stakeholder feedback through voice of the customer interviews or surveys as needed
* Enable the execution of selected strategic priorities, assessing the value creation and cost estimation, ensuring resources and connection within other areas and priorities across PT initiatives
* Support creation and implementation of Objective and Key Results (OKRs) as well as tracking and actions around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Must haves:
* Min Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
* Min. 7+ years of experience in project management and/or change management and communications
* Experience in Digital Transformation, preferred in a project setting (no leading needed)
* Min. 2 years of experience with agile development practices (Scrum) and organizational change management
* Solid knowledge of the healthcare industry and associated regulatory environment, preference for those with understanding/experience of large molecule drug manufacturing
* Able to use a variety of IT applications to drive project progress (e.g. Jamboard, Smartsheet, Trello)
* Well versed in facilitation techniques and skills
* Able to work in a complex matrixed environment
* Cultural awareness and sensitivity as well as keen interest in global projects / teams
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluency in English spoken and written

Nice to Have:
* Prosci and/or Scrum Master certifications preferred
* Former Roche experience
* Lean Greenbelt or Blackbelt is a plus
