For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified Senior Project Manager PHC Informatics (f/m/d).

Background:

The ASPIRE Program (Business Process and ERP Vision) is looking for a PMO/ Project Manager with the ability to support the BPM Methodology, Strategy and Architecture Team with key activities in Project Management and team effectiveness.

This individual will work closely with the overall PMO of the Program, all Program Works Stream, and the BPM stakeholders within and outside the program to ensure successful completion of BPM related deliverables. The position will report to the Head of BPM Methodology, Strategy and Architecture in ASPIRE

Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Ensure alignment and coordination of all roadmaps, plans and activities between the BPM

Methodology, Strategy and Architecture stream and the overall ASPIRE program

– Develop and maintain effective tools and procedure to monitor and report progress of

activities

– Communicate proactively with the team, the program PMO and stakeholders

– Support the development of required status reports. Publish status updates and prepare

materials (document deliverables) for Gate Reviews.

– Maintain relationship with other PMO Project Managers to share learning and best

practices and stay abreast of inter-project dependencies, issues and opportunities Ensure

operational effectiveness of the BPM Methodology, Strategy and Architecture Team:

– Support the Head of BPM Methodology, Strategy and Architecture with the definition and

tracking of the department’s roadmap and goals

– Plan and execute the regular team meetings and workshops incl. agenda, right audience

and notes/minutes including action/decision log.

– Ensure timely and efficient communication within the team and with stakeholders

– Prepare and document lessons learned

Other activities:

– Act as the single point of contact for all learning-related topics and support the

development and implementation of BPM-related trainings in ASPIRE (member of the

ASPIRE learning

– Identify opportunities for proactive OCM measures and support their implementation in

alignment with the overall ASPIRE OCM activities

– Support business process documentation in Adonis NP and the management of the

respective tickets and backlogs

– Support and lead selected projects related to BPM Methodology

Must haves:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or

equivalent education

– Min. 3 years of experience in Project Management and (agile) Project Management

Methodologies

– Experience using project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

– Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Suite

– Experience with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, Adonis NP desirable
